Anna-Maria Getoš. Assistant professor at the Department for Criminal Law, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law and Head of the Max Planck Partner Group for Balkan Criminology. She studied in Zagreb and at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, where she acquired her LL.M. (summa cum laude) in 2004 and her Dr. jur. (summa cum laude) in 2010. She worked for the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of Croatia, for the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law. Annual Award for the best young scientist in social sciences (2006). Full member of the Croatian Academy of Legal Sciences. Member of a number of international professional associations.

 

 

 

Charles Tucker. Executive Director of the World Engagement Institute. A 1979 graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BA, Government), a 1982 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law (JD) and a 2003 graduate of the US Air War College. Executive Director of the International Human Rights Law Institute, DePaul University, Chicago. Retired Major General (USAF). For more than 25 years, he has been an international rule of law and humanitarian law practitioner. Economic and Legal Adviser for the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. International Law Adviser in the Office of the US Secretary of Defense. Legal Adviser for the US Ambassador in Iraq, as well as for State Department and DOD missions in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Central and South America.
