Description
Administrative Law II continues on and is an inseparable whole from Administrative Law I. After the basic theoretical postulates studied within Administrative Law I, within Administrative Law II students deepen their knowledge of the theory of substantive administrative law. Within the course, topics such as state administration are covered - with an emphasis on the system, relations and tasks of state administration. The responsibility of the state for damage to its citizens is also discussed - with special emphasis on forms of compensation, the right of recourse against the official who actually caused the damage, but also the responsibility of the state for damage caused by force majeure and war damage. The most extensive and perhaps most important lesson relates to administrative acts - fundamental individual decisions of public bodies. Their theoretical origin, basic divisions, but also the manner, scope and cessation of action are explained. The lectures continue with public goods - their theoretical origin, division and presentation of their importance for the Republic of Croatia. Lectures conclude with public law restrictions on private property - with special emphasis on the institute of expropriation.
