After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
1. Distinguish public policies in Croatia and compare them with public policies in other countries using standard typologies of public policy science
2. Identify key stakeholders in the implementation of public policies in Croatia and the EU
3. Recognise instruments of public policies which are used in different public policies
4. Select an appropriate method of evaluation for individual public policies
5. Explain the manner of using different forms of responsibility and accountability in public policies in Croatia
6. Compare types and activity of stakeholders in different phases of public policies
7. Identify key time determinants in the process of individual public policies in Croatia
8. Prepare an analysis of a public policy document identifying problems, aims, stakeholders, instruments, deciion-making manner and implementation, forms of evaluation and accountability
