1. distinguish legal regulations made by the state and other bodies
2. distinguish legal acts in Croatian and European legal system
3. analyse the hierarchy of legal regulations
4. analyse the structure of a legal norm
5. differentiate prerequisites for passing and preparing legal regulations

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
1. formulate practical problems connected with the preparation of regulations and pasing concrete acts in administration
2. pepare a draft regulations
3. prepare a draft general acts
4. prepare and propose a draft of an individual act

1. examine the procedure of passing legal regulations
2. compare different methods of making legal regulations
