Nina Gumzej

Na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu diplomirala je summa cum laude 2001. Tijekom studija nagrađena je Dekanovom i Rektorovom nagradom za studentski rad te Dekanovim priznanjem za izniman uspjeh u studiranju. Poslijediplomski studij iz međunarodnog poslovnog prava (LL.M. International Business Law) na Central European University dovršila je 2002. s drugim najboljim prosjekom ocjena (Distinction). Pravosudni ispit položila je 2005. Na Pravnom fakultetu doktorirala je 2011. (disertacija: Zaštita podataka u elektroničkim komunikacijama). U stalnom je radnom odnosu od 2003. (odvj. društvo Vukmir i suradnici i Županijski sud u Zagrebu  - vježbenica, Hrvatski Telekom),  a na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu zaposlena je od 2012. Izvodi nastavu na kolegijima Pravo informacijskih tehnologija, Privatnost  i elektroničke komunikacije, Pravo elektroničkih medija, Osnove informacijske sigurnosti, Cybersecurity and Cybecrime, Internet Governance and Regulation, Privacy and Electronic Communications, Electronic Media Law, Introduction to Information Security i dr. (Pravni fakultet), Informatičko pravo (Fakultet elektrotehnike i računarstva). U svojstvu vanjske stručnjakinje angažirana je za rad na više istraživačkih studija za Europsku komisiju. Evaluatorica je projekata pod programima Europske komisije.  Kao odabrana predstavnica akademske zajednice usavršavala se na programu Young Leaders udruge Europskog instituta za inovacije i tehnologije, pod akademskim vodstvom Imperial College Londona i podrškom Europske komisije. Članica je: uredništva međunarodnih časopisa Juridical Tribune i Perspectives of Law and Public Administration;  znanstvenog odbora međunarodne konferencije Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium;  organizacijskog i programskog odbora za međunarodnu konferenciju SoftCOM (Symposium on Information Security and Intellectual Property - ISIP) te programskog odbora međunarodne konferencije MIPRO (Pravo informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija - ICTLAW). Članica je suradnica Akademije pravnih znanosti Hrvatske.
