Scope and Aims
Zbornik Pravnog fakulteta u Zagrebu (Collected Papers of Zagreb Law Faculty) is a scientific journal for legal and social sciences with the longest tradition in Croatia. It was launched in 1948, from 1954 to 1984 it was continually published as a quarterly publication, and since 1985 six numbers a year have been published. It is primarily intended for the academic community, but also for judges, attorneys-at-law and other members of the legal profession. In addition to scientific and professional papers, it publishes translations of documents, reviews and commentaries.
The authors of contributions are teachers and collaborators from Zagreb Law Faculty as well as other Croatian law faculties, but also scientists from other related fields from Croatia and abroad. In recent years, the number of international contributions has increased, which additionally contributes to the quality and significance of the journal.

The Editorial Board accepts for consideration exclusively previously unpublished papers. Authors retain the copyright on the papers published in the journal, but grant the right of the publication, both in printed and in electronic form, to the journal.
The paper accepted for publication or already published in Collected Papers may be published by the author(s) in other publications with proper notice of its publication in Collected Papers.
